If you read my first posts about Baking With A Buzz, you know what it’s about, and really it’s right there in the name. So we did another fun, holiday themed Bake last night. This time it was all about that St. Patrick’s day cake. I had these adorable shamrock flower crowns printed so we could be a little more festive, and boy we were!
I was inspired by Cakes by Courtney for my rainbow design and thanks to Alexis and Suga Mamas Bakery, she made it happen! What an amazing night and a perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
My cake is a marble cake, the first layer is Guinness buttercream and the second layer is a mix of Baileys and Jameson buttercream. It’s finished with Thin Mint macarons… YUM
