Earlier this year my Aunt Carolyn (actually Danny’s Aunt), invited me to cruise with her to New England! She is an AVID cruiser, we joined her to the Caribbean in February, so it was an instant YES! We snuck away on a seven day cruise on the Enchanted Princess, Sailing out of New York City and Stopping in Newport, RI, Boston, Portland, Maine and Halifax, Canada.
I was so excited to do something in cooler weather, with a few stops I had never been and REALLY excited to eat lobster! Sailing out of NYC, had to be one of the coolest things ever. Our stateroom was conveniently placed on the side with a perfect view of the Statue of Liberty- and seeing the city from the water was a whole new experience.
The ports of call were to die for. We indulged in a beautiful lunch at each stop, really absorbing the iconic foods of that place. From clam chowder, to lobster rolls and even beers at Cheers!
We spent the days on the boat relaxing, dancing, building our brain power with trivia and laughing, a lot!
Here’s a little peek into the week, as a traveler, and as a swifitie for bonus!

What a BEYOND fabulous week! And here are a few moments, only a swift would appreciate.
