Mom’s Time Out

House of Fete had the honor of planning this years Mom’s Time Out, a fundraiser event held by Mumzie Media + RPMPR in Fresno California. We were brought on in January and hit the ground running. Jessies James Decker was the featured guest so there theme was surrounded by her love of country music! Fun fact, her husband is a former Denver, bronco, and her son’s name is also DENVER!

We dove head first into the western chic theme, it was giving Yellowstone vibes, just like the party threw for Tristian a few years back. Heres a peek at the mood board to get the idea.

The planning was INTENSE to say the least, juggling over 30 vendors, weekly meetings, and so many designs in between, it was definitely an event we were ready to get off paper and bring to life.

I arrived in California On Friday May 2nd, we had an event before MTO in San Jose so we did that one on Saturday and drove into Fresno Sunday morning. We treated ourselves to caviar and champagne BEFORE the set up, because we knew we would be too tired every other day.

The set up started Monday morning, lasted all day, 12 hours on Tuesday and back for event day on Wednesday morning. We completely transformed the space. The event was at Evenelle Vineyards, remember Boogie Bus there a few years ago?

The design speaks for itself and the vendors involved were TOP NOTCH. The entire event came together so beautifully. My favorite part was the center pole, we hand made those collages and blew them up to 12 ft tall as a center point of the event. CAN YOU EVEN!? There was a custom built balloon bar, bull riding, a carousel, caviar on biscuits, a dirty coke bar and even donkeys with cocktails. The event had line dancing, Jessie James, and ended with lots of dancing, coffee and pizza food trucks.
