Alright y’all, I started doing Halloween Baskets for the girls last year so the standard is set, here we go again. Basically it makes all the stuff I’ve gotten for them extra cute and memorable!
I will link everything here, but I wanted to talk about a special addition this year. I’ve mentioned Dixie & Bee peg dolls on Ray’s Birthday gift post. I have been obsessed with her stuff since she hand painted Dora and Boots for Ray! When I saw her sweet little halloween pegs, especially the Witch from Room on the Broom, I knew the girls would die over these. Listen, these are not only STUNNING, they hold up, make the perfect travel toys and are the cutest to play with in their doll house! Also, they will pretty much be in every basket I make for the girls from here on out!!
I did one big basket this year for a couple reasons, first, I didn’t want to buy multiples of the same thing, and I also didn’t want to buy a bunch of stuff Brennan could care less about. And let me fill you in on a little secret, a lot of these things were in last years basket, things that have been in hiding that the girls won’t remember. So don’t feel like you have to spend a bunch of money to do this, collecting small things, or using what you have to make a basket will be special for your kids.
I filled the basket with new PJ’s for each girl (Brennans, Denver & Rays), a couple new books and Slumberkin minis (2 of which were from last year). I added in their festive plates and cups, some dollar spot pumpkins, and little treasures like pez dispensers and a new hair brush. You could also use the basket for their halloween costumes or a way to present and festive books. I stuck in some Wunderkin Clips, and there you have it!
I used my Chalk Designs By Me tags, on the front and put her ‘Hey Ghouls’ sign inside. There’s a lot going on, but it’s super festive and the girls LOVED it! I also added the ghost tassel I made for Eden and Emeralds to add even more festive flair!
BIG thank you to Dixie and Bee for sending the girls some extra Halloween pegs, they are IN LOVE, and so am I.
Hope your month is starting to get FESTIVE!
Xo,
Kelsey
