When I moved to California I connected with Marissa of @ambusheedwithboys. We became quick insta friends and it blossomed from there, now we typically talk 5 times a day… I’m sure our husbands would say it’s more. We talk all things social media, parties and life. Marissa had been talking about a 4th of July shoot so we bounced around some ideas, I helped her pick a few things for her table scape and then it took off.
She called me back telling me she had a space and she needed help setting up and make everything come to life. You know I came running and brought the disco balls and confetti.
Brennan came with me and the owner of the space captured some amazing moments. Marissa chose everything and designed the shoot, I am so honored that she had me come to style everything and I am just obsessed with how it turned out!
There was so much glamour and classic red white and blue. I love that we decided to add turquoise and make it a little more whimsical. The disco ball chandelier and tiny apple pies were my favorite part, it was a truly magical day.
Check out all the amazing vendors that were involved and make sure you follow Marissa on Instagram for her adorable family and amazing feed!
