Joy Cone sent over a little package of sugar cones and I thought, what better time to enjoy than my 31st birthday! Being that we are all under quarantine, there won’t be a cake or anything I usually love to have, bit I am NOT disappointed.
I created little chocolate covered cones, I am indulging in my favorite ice cream and of course there are sprinkles and sparklers.
I used my leftover chocolate bunnies from Easter and melted them down with a little cream. I dipped each cone and added sprinkles. I froze them for about 10 minutes so the chocolate could harden. Added some ice cream and it was the BEST treat!
